Through Re-Discovering You, your soul will: - release the need to please by breaking the ties to co-dependency and fostering the most important connection - the one you have with yourself -heal from religion and narratives on who you are supposed to be so that you can see your shadow as the bridge into the Goddess in you -no longer substitute your happiness with what you can do for others. Instead, you will build a habit of choosing the deepest desires of your heart, everyday. -identify negative self-talk and where it came from, so that you can make space for your intuition to guide you into a space where self-love and your heart's truth speaks the loudest This is Healing + Wholeness like you've never experienced it before. By the end of our 12 weeks together: -Sitting in the Seat of your own Divinity becomes an EMBODIED state of being that will allow you to fall deeply in love with yourself over and over again -You will also be able to Honor your Divine Energy and align your soul with OPPORTUNITIES that only SELF-LOVE + Healing can create.
